The reception area decor was lovely. It felt special. The lounge was beautiful too. Our room service breakfast included a good variety. I thought the hotel was close to public transport. That helped a lot after long walks.

The pillows were too soft! My partner didn't find the bed comfortable. I thought the room maintenance needed more attention, specifically the carpets with stains. The bathroom layout was awkward because the shower-over-bath configuration was strange and confined the bathing space.

the location was excellent with an very nice river view. the staff were friendly and helpful. i appreciated the super clean room. i was pleased to find the decor beautiful, it suited my taste.

the room was not very quiet. i could hear noise from the hallway and the elevator shaft. this disturbed my sleep on a few occasions.
