The reception area decor was lovely. It felt special. The lounge was beautiful too. Our room service breakfast included a good variety. I thought the hotel was close to public transport. That helped a lot after long walks.

The pillows were too soft! My partner didn't find the bed comfortable. I thought the room maintenance needed more attention, specifically the carpets with stains. The bathroom layout was awkward because the shower-over-bath configuration was strange and confined the bathing space.

Excellent Riverfront Hotel Experience

helpful staff clean room quiet location

The staff were very helpful. They assisted me with directions and recommendations for local attractions. The room was clean. I also appreciated the quiet location away from the city center. I enjoyed the walk into town. The bed was also very comfortable.

The breakfast selection could have been larger. I expected more variety at this price point, there were some options that were not to my liking.

the location was excellent with an very nice river view. the staff were friendly and helpful. i appreciated the super clean room. i was pleased to find the decor beautiful, it suited my taste.

the room was not very quiet. i could hear noise from the hallway and the elevator shaft. this disturbed my sleep on a few occasions.

the hotel offers a bar in the lobby that sells various drinks and snacks to visitors. a shopping center is located within a ten minute walk from the hotel. a large park area is conveniently situated only five minutes away.

i stayed in a superior double or twin room, it was quite spacious with a good-sized bathroom and plenty of storage. breakfast had reasonable options with hot and continental choices. the hotel is located a little outside of the center, a 15-20 minute stroll along the riverside. the staff were very friendly and helpful, a real credit.

The room featured lovely views. I observed the river from a great vantage point. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly at reception. They even helped us plan a perfect day trip. I noticed clean room conditions. I appreciated a meticulous cleaning service. The location was convenient. I accessed many attractions easily from there.

The breakfast area did seem a little crowded, though the food quality was good.
